Final touches

With the excess vertical riser cut flush with the horizontal lip let the sanding and glassing begin

I used a japanese-type saw to the risers flush. You can see the additional cloth I used to re-enforce the risers to the deck.

Just a little more epoxy then a few coats of marine varnish
I think it turned out ok. The additional deck kind of blends in and looks like it belongs.
Ready for warmer water testing in mid-June
